The Atos QV flow control valves are a game - changer for hydraulic systems. Equipped with a pressure compensator, they ensure that the controlled flow rate remains unaffected by pressure fluctuations. A built - in check valve is standard, enabling free flow in the reverse direction. Adjusting the flow is simple. Just turn the graduated micrometer knob; a clockwise rotation increases the flow regulation. For added security, optional versions with a locking key on the adjustment knob are available upon request. These valves are designed to work with hydraulic mineral oil or synthetic fluids with similar lubricating properties. Sized 06 - ISO 4401, they can handle a max flow of 24 l/min and a max pressure of 250 bar. Ideal for applications like manufacturing equipment and mobile machinery, they offer precise flow control for smooth operation.

The Atos REM pressure relief valves are two - stage, with a balanced poppet and SAE flange connection. Ideal for oil hydraulic systems, they can be directly mounted on pump outlets. Pressure adjustment is possible, and they can handle up to 350 bar. Optionally, they can be fitted with venting solenoid valves for enhanced functionality.
